Fire Safety Management Plans

hcd

A Fire Safety Management Plan is a high-level guidance document for the end users into how the building should be managed with regards to fire safety. It includes information of evacuation procedures, training records and maintenance and testing regimes for fire safety systems. These Plans are particularly important where a fire-engineered design is provided in a building or if there are multiple tenancies, to ensure that the end users know what to expect when a fire alert occurs within their demise.
