Working for brands such as Holiday Inn Express, Hilton Garden Inn, Hampton, Days Inn and Premier Inn, we have helped deliver over 50 projects in the £6-£10m range over the past decade. At the luxury end of the hospitality spectrum, we provided integrated consultancy services during the recent £80m refurbishment of the five-star Grosvenor House Hotel on London’s Park Lane. Another recent five-star project was the refurbishment of the listed Mandarin Oriental Hotel overlooking Hyde Park.

We have provided a range of Group services on over 400 projects for many of the world’s leading hotel chains. We are often appointed at the early stages of concept design to maximise the efficiency of the building, especially in terms of escape provision in case of fire. In this way we have learned the requirement and needs of the hotel and its future functionality.

The seeds of the Group’s current success can be traced back to our broad experience gained in Project Management and Employer’s Agent roles on hotel schemes.
