Brief Company History

The HCD Group can be traced back to the establishment in 1993 of a quantity surveying and project management company known as Howse Cole Dyer. In 1997, HCD Building Control Limited was founded – now the market leading company in its field. HCD Eng. Ltd followed in 2002 and also in that year, the original parent company, Howse Cole Dyer was renamed HCD Management Limited. By the time of HCD Group’s incorporation in 2002 the organisation had secured its place as a major player in the construction market.
