We have worked on numerous projects incorporating specialist sub-contract designs such as timber frame, modular steel construction and ground source heat recovery foundation systems.
Our completed projects are wide ranging and include new build, multi-storey structures, refurbishments to existing premises including historical and listed buildings. HCD Eng undertakes structural surveys and appraisals of existing buildings including 3rd Party appraisals for proposed works on our client’s properties.
All our designs undertake a key stage technical review to fully ensure our work addresses the client’s aspirations and complies to the initial brief.
