HCD Building Control is widely recognised as the market leader in its field providing pre-planning and pre-tender consultancy to guarantee cost certainty and risk reduction, full plan appraisal, continuous site inspection and full certification on a range of contracts throughout the UK.

Engineering:

HCD Group's engineering experience spans an impressive range of projects including the design and delivery of complex new build and refurbishment projects.

Staff have considerable experience in the design, delivery and appraisal of infrastructure projects including drainage, highways and ground improvement. On Brownfield or derelict sites, our engineers have developed successful design solutions for problems associated with landfill gas, refuse tips and river floodplains.

HCD is experienced in traditional, 2 stage, Design and Build and PFI procurement strategies and has acted as project certifier for major PFI initiatives and large scale urban renewal projects.
