In delivering its Site Waste Management Plan service, HCD Management Ltd will liaise with the designers to identify waste control opportunities and collate the information into a ‘pre-contract’ SWMP for issue with the tender documents, or direct to the main contractor on appointment.  It will then undertake a proactive monitoring role to see that the plan is developed as the job progresses and will take appropriate steps to make sure that the finalised plan is handed over to the client within the timescale specified under the legislation.
