HCD is a well respected provider of consultancy services within the Higher Education sector.  We hold a framework agreement with Imperial College, Oxford University and London Metropolitan University and provide services on a regular basis to Manchester University, the University of Brighton, Sussex University.

Our involvement on campus has included the provision of leading-edge facilities, ranging from traditional office accommodation to high-specification laboratories and student accommodation. In all cases, our in-depth understanding of the relevant Building Regulations enables us to enforce building control compliance on the most complex of schemes.
