Qualifications and Skills
For Building Control Surveyors, ideally you will be qualified or aiming for professional qualification to gain RICS / ABE Membership.
You will be highly self-motivated with the ability to communicate and interface with clients and design teams and be proactive in the approval process.

Package
We offer a very competitive remuneration and benefits package for certain positions, up to £55,000 per annum including company car / allowance / private healthcare, pension scheme, life assurance.
In addition we offer a market allowance for London candidates and can offer a relocation package for those willing to move to London. Further package details will be discussed in more depth on initial interview. In addition we offer a ‘Golden Hello’ payment upon commencement, in lieu of any agency fee.
